Strategy & architecture

Before any design or code, we define the technical architecture, content model, and data flows. For business systems this means mapping every workflow. For websites it means agreeing on the page structure and CMS schema.

Design

We design in Figma with real content, not lorem ipsum. You review at two checkpoints — overall direction and then detailed execution. We don't move to build until you're satisfied.

Build

Development runs in weekly sprints. You have access to a staging environment from day one so you can see real progress. We prefer frequent small shipments to a single big reveal.

Launch

We handle DNS cut-over, production deployment, and smoke-testing across devices. We stay on-call for 72 hours post-launch to catch any edge cases in real traffic.
